Here is what I believe in as a coach, and my training philosophy.
First of all- Teaching, running and coaching are my passion.
I give my all to coaching because I truly love doing it. I can guarantee passionate, knowledgeable, and responsive coaching.
I strongly believe that success in running comes down to hard work, consistency, and determination. The key to training is making sure you give it your all and don’t cut corners. You’ve gotta want it bad enough to push yourself through those tough day because those days are the ones that matter the most.
Each training plan I create is personalized to your current fitness level and goals. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you. We’ll build upon strengths and work on weaknesses. Your training plan must fit into your lifestyle in order to succeed.
I will push you to be your best and elevate you to give your all. I will ask you to do hard things because I believe in you, and I will offer you unconditional and ongoing support every step of the way. You can be assured that I will never sacrifice your health, happiness or overall wellbeing as you pursue your potential. We will work together to help you discover all that is possible for you!
The amazing thing about running, and the reason so many get addicted, is because you see the growth. You will continually improve and get stronger with each run and with each week. You’re going to test your limits and break through barriers and see what your body is really capable of. Being able to achieve something you once thought was impossible is the most addicting, indescribable feeling you will ever experience.

- -Unlimited contact via email, text, and scheduled video conference or phone call
- -Unlimited plan adjustments
- -Paces, heart rate ranges, distances calculated and catered to your individuality
- Pre-race call/video conference
- ($70/month with 6 month commitment)
& Coaching:
- Per Month
- -Customized training schedule with detailed distances/times, paces (if/when applicable), and intensity
- -“Launch” video conference or phone call to review training plan
- -Unlimited contact via email
- -Weekly plan adjustments based on performance and feedback
- -Paces, heart rate ranges, distances calculated and catered to your individuality
- -Pre-race call/video conference
- ($50/month with 6 month commitment)
- Per 8 Week Block
- Fully customized training plan for your event. This includes distances, workouts, paces, and heart rate ranges customized to you. When the plan is finalized, we will have a phone or video conference to review the plan and I can answer any questions you may have. There is no further communication after the first meeting.
